I sought three quotes on the work and while it wasn't the cheapest of all of the quotes, it wasn't the most expensive and I felt more confident in company than with the others. The work itself only took a few hours and they cleaned up after themselves really well. I've got lathe and plaster ceilings with black ash mortar, so anytime you drill or cut into it there is a mighty mess, so I was impressed at how they kept it to a minimum. Fantastic experience with Loft Ins Space from start to finish. When you see this many 5 star reviews, you do wonder if it's too good to be true. But let me reassure you that in this case this company really does live up to the hype! Claire was a lovely first point of contact. Even though we are a little bit out of the normal service area, Claire soon had us booked in for a survey from Michael. He came at a time that was suitable to us and was very friendly and informative and gave us great advice and recommendations based on our layout and needs. We were impressed with what we had seen and heard so we were more than happy to give Michael the go-ahead to do the work. When he asked about our availability we were amazed to find out that the work could be done the very next day. Sure enough, three installers turned up on time the next morning and what a great team they were. The confirmed what they were going to do and cracked on without any delays. They even put down protective sheets on our tiled floor. Nothing was too much trouble and Adam even very kindly fixed a couple of sagging light fittings when I asked if he could take a look. The lads were all great and very hard working. We had our hatch relocated, a wooden ladder installed, the central section of loft boarded and a strip light fitted. The work was done to a very high standard and my wife and I are very happy with the results. They even cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. The job was done in around 4 hours and we are still trying to get our heads around the fact that from the initial survey to job completion was less than 24 hours. Incredible! We are so happy with our new loft and I can't recommend Loft Ins Space highly enough. If you need your loft done then look no further, these guys are ace. We reached out to Michael & his team looking for someone to turn our loft space into a much needed storage area. We had been impressed by the reviews & decided to get a quote. Michael popped around & explained in great detail what was available to us & how his team worked. He gave me options & guidance around what would work in our space. He was quick & efficient but also took the time to talk through the quote provided. He gave us time & space to discuss the quote with no pressure placed on us to go ahead with the works, but when we did decide to go ahead he was very quick to instruct his team. When the three fitters came to install they were polite, friendly, hard working & incredibly good at their jobs. They protected our carpets, tidied up after themselves & even showed us how to use the new loft hatch & ladder system. The quality of work in the loft is clear to see & it’s obvious they take pride in their work. Later the same day, Michael gave us a courtesy call to find out how the installation went.
