Safe loft storage without compressing insulation
A loft can hold far more than a few forgotten boxes, but only when you can reach it safely and store things on a firm surface. We build raised floors above the insulation, fit ladders and hatches, and add shelving where sloping roofs make floor space less useful.
We can also handle insulation, clearance, windows, lighting and sockets. You gain practical space without turning the house upside down or paying for a full structural conversion.

Our BBA-approved options preserve airflow and insulation depth, while solid timber subframes spread weight across the supporting joists. We arrive with the agreed materials, protect the route through your home and inspect the finished installation for snags.
