Fabulous job, 45m square, all done in a day. Further planning prior to job start for source of electricity to the 5 power points fitted may have helped. Professional fit, completely usable space accounting for almost the foot print of the house. Very happy.

Did a new loft cover for us as the old one was made of wood and very small. Also loft insulation to the correct depth and standard. I would highly recommend as the lads were friendly, very professional and showed us what they had done through pictures taken on the day. Absolutely fantastic. They were very tidy too. 👍

Excellent job. Unlike some other jobs I had done in my property recently, this one was done in just a single day, with minimal disruption. What made this possible is that there was an entire team of tradesmen (joiners, electriciants, labourers, ...) working the same day, instead of different tradesmen coming and going on different days. They have a neat way of working, with an eye for details, and were able to take into account some special requests (for instance, to leave some space at the solar energy inverter and battery). Minor problems were dealt with in a professional way. I'd be happy to recommend them to anyone who wants to make use of their loft space.

Incredible work by this team, they took a largely useless space and transformed it into a bright, airy room which we are delighted with. Michael was on site regularly with a meticulous eye for detail, Curtis, Scott and the lads were polite, tidy and considerate throughout, nothing was too much trouble and the end result is beyond our expectations and great value - exactly as promised. Faultless! Spoke with Curtis at the office a couple of times, met with Mike for the quote and consultation at home, Scott and the lads did the work. At all stages, everyone was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. First class service at every step of the work. The work itself exceeded expectations. Had the loft floorboarded with a new hatch installed. The guys finished in just three hours (in sweltering heat) to the highest standard. Cleaned up after themselves, even vacuumed up sawdust in the loft! Laid protective film over the stairs before starting work, the whole experience was one of serious professionals at work. Because of the quality of work done, I am seriously considering having the rest of the space finished off (walls installed and skylight) and will have no hesitation in calling these guys back and recommending them to anyone I speak to. Prices very reasonable, especially for this quality of work. It's now been installed for three days and I've been walking and storing things up there, everything is absolutely solid. I could not be happier with the whole experience!

I recently had Lofts Ins-Space install new boards and upgrade my hatch and ladder, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They totally rocked it from start to finish, delivering a top-notch job without any mess left behind. The team was super professional and right on time. They were friendly and approachable, making the whole process a breeze. It was clear that they knew their stuff and were experts in loft installations. I have to mention the team's cleanliness. They made sure to keep things tidy throughout the project, and when they were done, you wouldn't even know they had been there. No mess, no fuss—just a pristine loft ready for action! Throughout the entire process, communication with Lofts Ins-Space was fantastic. They kept me updated on progress and were always open to my input. We had loft Ins space to do our loft, we needed more space in our bungalow for storage. I found loft Ins space on line. I was not disappointed. We had our quote,.its was really reasonable. The guy Michael who came to measure up was lovely he was the owner. I had every confidence in what he told us. The guys arrived early on the day and they were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, and what a really nice bunch of men they were. They did a fabulous job, I couldn't believe how much space we had in the loft, they cleaned up after themselves too. They did a full days work. I wish they did other building work. I'd have them here in a Jiffy. Great company. Can't praise them all highly enough.

I could say service was terrible and the loft hatch a and ladder installed were substandard….. but this would be a LIE. The fitting team arrived punctual, very kind and courteous first impression. They introduced whom they were and where they were from so I knew exactly whom I was inviting into my home. They got to work straight away on the loft hatch with ladder combo. They asked me if I had any preferences etc… I just said so long as you take note on where the smoke alarms/carbon monoxide alarms are and where the pc desk is because that can’t be moved I’ll leave the rest to you as that’s your area of expertise. They even laughed with my inquisitive 3 year old who wanted too see the man and what he was doing. I left them alone to work…. Few hours later with lots of banging/cutting etc (with no sweat words) they were finished. The work was wonderful, I could finally access my loft myself instead of relying on someone else. Everything has finished to a high standard. Looked great. I feel so much safer on their timber ladder entering the loft then I ever have on any other ladder at hight. Thank you guys for a great service. Should I need anymore improvements I know whom I will be calling and recommending to others. Thanks again :-)

Fantastic customer service from Michael, Stefan, Scott and the team. Scott knocked the door bang on 08:00 on the day of installation, incredibly punctual. They carried out the boarding of the central section of my loft and truss shelving. Scott showed me how the ladder worked and confirmed everything I had asked to be done had been completed. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything neat and tidy! If you looking to have your loft boarded, these are the guys to do it. 5 star 100% deserved! Loft Ins Space recently boarded out our loft, which massively undersells what a total transformation they made in one day. Scott and Karl worked tirelessly to empty the messy old insulation and all the other rubbish in the loft, before fitting a new hatch and ladder (in a new place), laying down new insulation before boarding the loft and fitting truss shelves. The quality of their work and the materials used was excellent. They were really considerate as they worked, clearly explaining things and always checking we were happy with what was being done. The whole process with Loft Ins Space was professional throughout, with clear and friendly communication from Stefan and Darren in the office, and a site visit and consultation with Michael that was reassuringly thorough but without any hint of hard sell. I'm very happy to recommend Loft Ins Space.

Loft Ins Space have been a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. Michael was friendly, professional and offered a very detailed and thorough service when he came to survey the loft, so I knew from the outset that the company worked to a high standard. He took the time to sit down and talk about the work in detail and was very reassuring. He didn't put any pressure on us to use the company, just pointed out that they had never received a bad review. Now that the work is complete, I can see why! Everything ran like clockwork, from the electrician arriving to fit the light in the loft to the carpenters completing the work by around 2:30pm the same day. Dom and Cal were friendly, thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with. They worked incredibly hard on a hot day to fit the boards and install shelves in the loft, and they did an amazing job. I'm absolutely delighted with my loft space and am very grateful to the company. Definitely recommend.
