Installing Loft Boards Over Insulation – Newport NP19

Another example of installing loft boards over insulation in a Trussed Loft. A lot of our work involves either replacing insulation or topping it up to provide better heat retention. At times insulation is also very old and it has lost its thermal properties completely – this is when we recommend replacing all of the insulation.

However upon inspection, if current insulation is deemed as usable, we can proceed with installing loft boards over existing insulation.
